Really good pho for a mountain town. The spring rolls can be made gluten-free if you ask, they will just serve them with sweet chili sauce. Beef, chicken, vegetable, and seafood pho are all naturally gluten-free. The egg noodle soup and wonton soup obviously are not. The Ban Xeo crepe is sadly not gluten-free either. The bun noodle bowls can be made gluten-free by request, they will just not include the crispy roll. I didn't try the salads but I think they are also gluten-free. The owner is very knowledgeable so just ask if you're unsure! I really enjoyed the pho and thought it was comparable to some bowls I've had in Chicago.
