The staff was happy to help accommodate. They have an allergy list available for all of their flavors. They were able to switch out the scoop and very clearly marked it as an "allergy scoop" for the employees and when it was brought out. Not all of the flavors are clear on the contents, but if you ask they are more than happy to help.

They change out the options but I got gf dairy free blueberry lavender ice cream made with coconut milk last spring and oh my gosh! Best ice cream ever!!!

There were many ice cream flavors that were gluten free. You have to ask, due to the menu board not displaying GF. However, there were many wonderful options and they make their own ice cream.
