The communication here is top notch. Everyone I spoke to knew what celiac is and understood the level of attention that I needed for my food to be safe. The fryers are gluten free, so the wings and French fries are safe to eat. Separate utensils are utilized for gf items.

The wings were excellent. The pizza crust was as described by previous reviewers: soft and grainy, falls apart, a bit too salty. I probably wouldn’t order it again. But their gf protocols are excellent, and I would return for wings, fries, or a salad without hesitation.
