Their menu is labeled with all items that are gluten free. It made it super easy to choose what I could eat. I believe all but a couple of items on the entire menu are labeled as gluten free, which was awesome. The food is so amazing. Tastes great and you get big portions for what you pay. The service was super quick no matter if they are busy or slow. The only issue I had was when asking the employees about their white sauce, they seemed confused as to what I was asking when I wanted to know if it was gluten free. Eventually they figured it out. I guess I just assumed that a place with such attention to items that are gluten free they would know what gluten free means and what sauces and things are not. Obviously that was a minor issue and I will continue to eat there every time we go to Nashville. It is the best bbq in the area.

In the store the menu on the counter had things marked GF. They were knowledgeable and very nice! All the sauce was also GF as well. The meat was really delicious i recommend the ribs or the pulled pork.

*** Update - What I ordered was something recently recommended as safe, and unfortunately I did get sick within 30 minutes of eating. *** The food is posted in my review. Thinking CC** Half rack dry rub ribs, beans and the dill-ly potato salad was great for lunch. All GF options clearly marked, plus all questions were answered quickly. Bar has several GF canned options as well.

Forgot to add a review the day we were there, but definitely worth a stop. Great food — tender ribs and the dill-ly potato salad was a perfect complement. Wouldn’t order the cole slaw next time, too bland. Staff very knowledgeable about gf. Order ready quickly.

We had a great quick lunch here on our first day in town! GF items are labeled on the printed menu they have at the counter. Husband enjoyed a pulled pork plate with slaw and had no sickness. We’d love to come back again soon.

Loved it here! The gluten free foods are marked on the menu and the food comes out fast. I got the pulled pork, fries, and potato salad. I have a dairy allergy as well and a lot of the food is naturally dairy free. Most importantly, the food is cheap and tastes great!

It was fine. Nothing special. Green beans sucked. Look, If you’re really craving bbq and you’re here, it’s safe. But it’s not going to be amazing, it’ll be just fine bbq. Guy at the counter had no idea what I meant when I said celiac.. so that was interesting but then I said gf and he got it

The food is so good! GF items are clearly marked. I always get the pulled pork platter which is AMAZING and comes with two sides. All sides are GF except the mac and cheese. Also super fast service (order/pick up at the counter and then grab an open table) if you need something quick!

This isn’t a huge menu and items aren’t marked as gf. You go to counter to order and I told them I had to be gf and they told what I could have and what I couldn’t. I got the ribs, green beans, and potato salad and I had no problems at all. The ribs were a dry rub and very tender.

This place is incredible!

I think they’ve improved from earlier reviews with uninformed staff, because the cashier we talked to seemed very informed on what has any flour in it and told us the fries are on a shared frier without our asking about it specifically! I felt very confident about the meat being gluten free. They have great coleslaw that’s not drenched with rich dressing, and the beans are good too.

(Disclaimer- my mom is celiac but not immediately very symptomatic, and same with me. I wish I could get a nima)

I asked the bartender for a cider, and she got my order right the first time. When she asked if I would like another, I said I would. I took a sip of the drink she brought me, and it was a beer. When I told her she brought me a beer rather than a cider, she said “cider is beer.” I’m not sure about the food here, but the bartenders have no idea what they are doing.

Women who took my order didn’t know what celiac was and was unsure if any of the meats were gluten free. Had to check with the kitchen and could not give me a clear answer. I had to ask a few times for her to tell the kitchen staff that I had a serious allergy. Felt very unsafe and like they did not take it seriously. There are plenty of places in Nashville that take it way more seriously, wont make you sick and serve better food. Go there.

Very celiac friendly BBQ. Only 4 things on the menu are not celiac safe: sandwiches (bun), fried pies, Mac and cheese, and the fries (shared fryer). The sauces meats and all other sides are gluten free. I told them I was celiac and the person preparing my food changed gloves. Great food and celiac-safe!
