While planning a visit to Eugene I messaged Pegasus Pizza about my Celiac and allergy concerns. This is the Email I received back:

"...thanks for reaching out. We do offer gluten free pizzas, and we try to keep one dedicated to gluten free items, but during peak business hours some wheat flour pizzas are baked in that oven, there is also flour in the air and most surfaces in the kitchen, and while we do our best to keep things wiped down I cannot 100% guarantee that no potential contamination occurs."

Based on this information CC seems very likely and I don't believe this restaurant can be safe for folks with Celiac. At least they were very knowledgeable about this and gave an honest answer, restaurants will either lie outright or lie because they don't know better when it comes to CC.

Tasty gf crust. Most toppings gf. Hubby is very sensitive and has never gotten cc here. They will deliver too. Great lazy Friday night option!

Awesome pizza! I'm from the Midwest and it's hard to find decent pizza out here, but this was close! Interesting ingredients and zero reaction on my part- looking forward to exploring more of the menu

Great GF crust, crispy and soft and they have vegan cheese.

They specifically told me they can not make a gluten free pizza because there is so much cross contamination. I did not order.

It's a bit pricey, but if you're hankering for gf pizza that doesn't taste like nothing/have a weird texture, Pegasus is your spot.

Best gf pizza in town and their Gorgonzola pear salad is to die for. I crave it fortnightly.
