The gluten free sweet and sour chicken is delicious! Comes with rice and you can ask for a small packet of gf soy sauce! (I use the packet when i go to other restaurants that dont have gf soysauce like sushi places). Pei wei has dedicated gf menu so lots of options

I really enjoyed my food. Decent options of gluten free Asian dishes - Mongolian steak, Kung Pao chicken, Chicken fried rice, etc. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken and it was tasty. However, after ordering mine, I didn’t feel super confident that he noted the gluten allergy. I’m a silent celiac so I don’t know if I reacted. Next time I’ll make sure to reassure its GF when the food comes out!

They have a gluten-free menu, although it is extremely minimal. However, the sweet and sour shrimp is fantastic!

They do have a GF menu however they don't like to actually read the tickets so your chances of getting what you ordered are about 50%. Watch very carefully and never ever leave without checking your bag if you order to go. I went with not celiac friendly simply because they can only get an order right about 50% of the time so you can't really trust them.

just ask for the GF menu. they will also make gf fried rice using the take out soy sauce packets, just ask. they are always very nice.

My go to is the salted edamame and the beef broccoli and rice. I tell them it needs to be gluten free and they always take the extra precautions. The food is always delicious and they always mark it GF.

I had not been to Pei Wei in a LONG time. I was given a giftcard so decided to pick something up for my kids. After looking at the new menu.... there were tons of GF items! I ordered several different items and they were all fantastic. I am very sensitive to CC so I was a little worried, but it all turned out great!

The lady literally said everything on the menu was gluten free, holy wow. Then we tried to order the fried rice gf because it said that was an option and then the kitchen said they couldn’t do the rice gf. I would not trust the menu or staff.

The employee hardly listened as I explained that we needed to avoid cross-contamination. She was quick to insist that they understand gluten free and that people eat there all the time without getting sick. Within minutes, my son with Celiac became sick. Definitely not safe for this with Celiac.
