They have a GF menu. You can order online or in person. You can swap proteins and sides. We ordered chicken and broccoli, bourbon chicken and pei wei original shrimp and swapped to chicken. Substituted brown rice for white. It was all good.

Sometimes it is fine... Other times, I question the CC factor. I try to go when it's NOT a busy time (11am/3-4pm).

I called the Norman Pei Wei to ask how the food was prepared. I was told the cooks use the same Wok for all orders.

I give PeiWei credit for having a "gluten free" dish, but it made me sick. I find it hard to trust chains.

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.

I ordered the Gluten Free Bourbon chicken with rice and it was delicious and a good portion! I had no negative reaction!
