They do work to prevent cross contamination, especially if you tell them you have CD. One of the best in this chain.
Over 25% gf options.
This is an excellent store in the chain.

Got very sick from getting gluten free sweet & sour veggies with brown rice from here, I specified that I have a gluten allergy but must have gotten glutened anyway because I’m having a very bad gluten reaction :( not as safe as I thought it was, I def won’t be back.
No
Unfortunately, I had a bad reaction from this location, which is a bummer since the food is so good.

They do have a dedicated GF menu, it's small, but it exists! moving in the right direction. My favorite GF dishes are Pei We I spicy chicken and the Vietnamese chicken rolls, dipped in the sweet Chile sauce instead of the gluten-laden peanut sauce. When you order GF to go, the container has a special "gluten free" sticker on it, which is nice that they go to the trouble.
I love their GF Pei Wei Spicy Shrimp & Chicken. You can read my full review here:

Many GF items to chose from.
The staff were very nice and accommodating. I ordered the bourbon chicken with white rice. It was good for chain fast food Chinese. They have a good amount of GF items on the menu and all of the soy sauce is GF.

Got our order Togo and they Swapped me and my boyfriends food. They labeled mine gluten free, and his not. Halfway through I realized. Instant reaction, and all on vacation.

The Mongolian Steak is supposed to be GF and I felt sick following my meal and was “off” for days.

I really enjoyed my food. Decent options of gluten free Asian dishes - Mongolian steak, Kung Pao chicken, Chicken fried rice, etc. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken and it was tasty. However, after ordering mine, I didn’t feel super confident that he noted the gluten allergy. I’m a silent celiac so I don’t know if I reacted. Next time I’ll make sure to reassure its GF when the food comes out!
