My go to is the salted edamame and the beef broccoli and rice. I tell them it needs to be gluten free and they always take the extra precautions. The food is always delicious and they always mark it GF.

The chef prepared fried rice using gluten free soy sauce just for me. It was yummy!

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Decent GF options....not as many options as PF Changs though.

Was apprehensive after the reviews but needed lunch and didn’t have any other options near by gate. Was told the Mongolian sauce was gluten free. I ordered the Mongolian steak and fried rice. I asked them to change gloves and wash the wok. I’m have a severe symptomatic gluten allergy and thankfully didn’t have a reaction.
