Husband and I both felt sick after eating here. Won’t ever eat here again.
Gluten free food is really good. You have to be very stern about your sensitivity but when you get a good employee they will change gloves and such. Expanded GF menu!
I uploaded their gluten free menu, which is only five or six items ...not very many. I had the chicken salad rolls which were great.

Always tasty and never a reaction. Tell them GF and it happens correctly. I do say NO fortune cookies and I request GF soy sauce. The To Go box comes marked with a sticker for GF.
They had two options a chicken curry and another dish. Their menu was clearly labeled and the server was very helpful and made sure to mark allergy. I'm pretty sensitive and didn't get sick. The curry was delicious!
Staff was knowledgeable and understanding about my celiac needs. I even asked if they could use a new clean wok and change gloves and it wasn’t a problem at all. I ordered the chicken fried rice. It was a bit bland (but that’s what to expect at a chain like Pei Wei) but I didn’t get sick!
Cashier immediately understood precautions necessary for celiac, and was knowledgeable. They use dedicated woks for GF food. Clear labels for GF many items and had tamari soy sauce upon request.
I have eaten at this Pei Wei location many times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
