Ask for the GF menu. Menu is limited, but has about six decent options. Everything is cooked separately in designated pans with designated oil for GF only! They have GF soy sauce, as previous review mentioned. Nice to have this as a speedier option when needed.

They have a gluten free menu and GF soy sauce packets! Love eating there and you can get gf fried rice if u ask as a side instead of plain white or brown rice. (Person taking your order opens the soy sauce packets for the chef) Delicious and very accommodating. I've never had a problem being glutenized and eaten there a ton!

They had a great Siracha chicken for the GF menu but stopped making it. No noodles like PF Chang's but have never gotten glutened by poor handling.

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
