The manager said nothing is truly GF. All cooked on the same surface. Management warned of high cross contamination.

Easy location, just after security. Had never eaten at a Pei Way before, so I was a little nervous. They do have a sign up about allergens and how they can't guarantee cc, but I had the original Pei Way and it was good! Spicy and fresh. Didn't make me sick, which was the best part!

Between gates F&G terminal 1. Near security checkpoint downstairs. Several items listed as GF on request. Pleasant helpful staff, no issues. Quick and easy.

Two options the pei wei & sweet n sour. Both really good in my opinion. After I ordered I could hear the cook in the back getting excited about the gluten free order and I could see her pointing to the different fryers. Definitely wasn’t worried about getting sick eating here tonight.

Some dishes can be made gluten free. Good option for Asian at the airport.

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
