Pei Wei

I ordered online and there were not a lot of choices but not any more restricting than any other place. The food taste wasn't stellar but it wasn't terrible. I'd go back.

The person taking my order was not well informed of what gluten was and seemed annoyed with my questions. My order of gf pei Wei spicy chicken and brown rice came out and after eating part of it I noticed there was a piece of fried steak in it (there are no steak options on the gf menu). This shows they were not taking proper measures to ensure a gf dish. When I asked questions of the server he was also not well versed with the ingredient list for my dish. It was a frustrating experience.

Celiac friendly?

No

Had the Vietnamese rolls which didn't have barley any chicken in it. Wasn't very good. Also had the sweet and sour chicken. Was good at first but near the end it tasted funny and got chunks of ginger. Prob won't go back.

Limited options. Spicy chicken was pretty good, but not spicy at all. The rice had been cooked long before the meal. Not running back any time soon.

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.

I ordered the Gluten Free Bourbon chicken with rice and it was delicious and a good portion! I had no negative reaction!
