I hadn’t had dumplings in years!! These dumplings are perfect and really hit the spot!! Dumpling Tzar goes to great lengths to ensure there’s no cross contamination. The dough is surprisingly tender and holds up well and they were surprisingly tender. Whenever I’m in town I go for the beef and potato mix “loaded” with the delicious bacon jam, little bit of cheese, green onion and some sour cream. Great comfort food for a rainy Seattle Day!!
This place is my late night SPOT. Razorback with GF beef and potato mix is to die for. I will absolutely go out of my way for these bad boys.

Delicious dumplings! They keep their gf dumplings separate from their regular ones so I felt comfortable eating there. I had the mixed beef/potato classic dumplings and they were sooo good! Call ahead to make sure they haven’t run out for the day!
I used to eat here a lot before I knew I was allergic to gluten. And now I see there is a gluten free option here - and it did not disappoint. It’s hard to get a bite from dough and they do it. It’s super super super yummy.
If I could give 0 starts I would. The staff was NOT knowledgeable and the “food” I got was incredibly boring due to the whole-EVERYTHING-tasty-has-gluten-in-it issue.
Get in there first thing if you are a celiac and check with the chef that it's safe. Yummy dumplings! The team are lovely😘
Gluten free dumplings. Not clear from website but dumpling filling (meat or potato) along with dumpling dough IS gluten free. Not a dedicated kitchen but they stop and clean the kitchen and do separate batch when making a GF order. We got 2 large, mixed orders (one classic, one razorback).
