I was very hesitant about cross contamination at first--especially when having toppings added(I loved their sausage slice before I had my Celiac diagnosis). I've watched them prepare the food: They have a prepackaged/sealed crust. They add their own cheese, sauce and toppings, and then put it in the same oven as the regular pizzas. Three gluten free pies later and I haven't gotten sick once.
The best GF pizza we've ever had! They make a 6 slice pie from GF pizza shell with their own sauce and cheese. Toppings also available. It's baked in a separate pizza oven in the back, in its own tray. Salads are also GF including their Chef's and Antipasto salads.
