the staff were knowledgeable about coeliac, they gave recommendations and were very clear about which items could be done/risks for them. We waited for them to open and were the first there so they were able to accommodate us well! no seperate fryer but yum and had seperate equipment. (usually don’t trust wooden boards but i had no issues so must’ve been gf)
