Seems like a Udi GF pizza crust, which is predictably safe. I had the Margherita pizza and loved it!

The gluten free meatball pizza. Y. U. M. I don't know how to describe the crust. It doesn't taste distinctly different, just think flat bread pizza. You can order gluten free pizza in 10" and 14". The 10" could almost be considered a personal pizza. I ate 3/6 mini slices, but I'm all about leftovers for the next day. The meatballs are sliced in thick flat sections, the cheese isn't to heavy and neither is the sauce. It's literally the perfect proportions, in my opinion. (See the pictures)

My wife who was diagnosed with celiacs disease at the Mayo clinic in Rochester Minnesota, absolutely loves this restaurant. Though she can't have anything but the pizza, their Pizza is almost always perfect. She has yet to have a single reaction despite eating there dozens of times. The Greek Pizza is probably one of the best we've ever had.

Pretty good. Safe GF practices for mixed kitchen. Enjoyed the crust, available in two sizes, but it was a little under baked in the middle. Toppings were also good but they were all bunched in the center instead of spread edge to edge (and perhaps why center of crust was underdone). We’d try them again the next time we’re in the area though.
(Gluten Free) Crust is VERY delicious!!!
