I love it here so much!!!! They have gf baked goods ready on the daily… variety, moist, not like that frozen stuff. My boyfriend got my birthday cake here and it was unlike anything I’ve had in 7 years of being celiac. I went inside yesterday they had sandwiches and other stuff that can be reg or gf, and they even have a meal prep service thing where u can order the ingredients for walnut crusted salmon like this place deserves all the success and I know I’m going to spend a lot of money there. I have not asked about safety bc i felt pretty fine about it

Because of new kitchen layout, there is no dedicated kitchen space and I was warned that anything could end up cross contaminated.

Staff was friendly and helpful; the gf hard roll for the breakfast sandwich was awesome (not just the standard udi’s copout)! They also have gf bread, wraps and baked goods. Will definitely go back

Not great. Got a meal this past Sunday with my celiac daughter. I should have known to turn around and leave when upon ordering a gluten free panini after stating it was for my gluten allergic daughter, I was offered a choice of side and when I asked what was gluten free the cashier responded "I have no idea" and just stood there awaiting my answer. I said "Nevermind. I don't want a side". Fast forward and now my food is ready- my daughters panini comes out with a side of tortilla chips delivered by a different young lady. So I asked her "Are those chips gluten free"? She also had no idea. Turns out they were (so she said after inquiring) but I don't think this place is safe. If the staff has no idea about the gluten free options how can they prepare a meal without cross contaminating? Super disappointed that my daughter did, indeed have a reaction.

I love this place. There are so many GF options from breakfast sandwiches to granola bars to muffins. And they're all delicious. My favorite spot to go on a lazy Sunday for breakfast.

We also had trouble with it being closed. Arrived just before noon on a Sunday (with posted hours 8am-4pm) only to find t closed. Definitely call ahead!

Sandwich/coffee shop that closes its kitchen at least 25 minutes before advertised closing. If you're planning to try it out, confirm that both the cafe and kitchen are open.

Awesome!! so many gf breakfast and lunch options also homemade granola bars and banana/ almond/ blueberry breads and the make me a cake next door which is sadly closed on Mondays so I didn't get to try it! But I will be back as it was so nice to go to a cute place with so many great options and the staff totally understand!

Great little restaurant with lots of delicious GF options for breakfast and lunch. The back room is full of comfortable arm chairs, a great pace to chat with a friend or read the newspaper.

The owners of the Perfect Blend also own a cake shop next door (aptly named Bake Me a Cake Next Door) where you can get GF cakes in lots of flavors and sizes -- from carrot cupcakes to many-tiered chocolate wedding cakes.

Delicious bread. Lunch is always good and they always have a gluten free side to pair (potato salad/cucumber, tomato, mozz salad). I've never been glutened with lunch, but have been every single time for breakfast. Have not yet discussed with owners but plan to inquire about baking surfaces. Owner has Celiac so he understands our plight.

Great gf sandwiches, muffins, cookies, and breads. They also have an amazing gf breakfast sandwich.

Excellent gluten free breads (zucchini and banana) as well as homemade gluten free granola bars and loose granola, muffins, cookies, cakes, cupcakes and anything you ask they'll make! One of the co-owners is Gluten free so they know what they are doing!
