Got two teas and an oat bar. I am celiac and had no reaction. Great atmosphere and nice cashiers. The drinks and food were good. Just have to catch it at the right time so there is no line. Also a lot of selection on gluten free items.

The gluten free food from Persephone’s was delicious. The amazing brownie is better than amazing and the gf banana bread heated up was great too. The strawberry almond muffin was good, but the warm strawberries and cream quinoa bowl was my favorite! Everyone is really nice there and the cafe is adorable.

Very good food! They share the toaster unless you ask and then it’s fried up on the grill. I had a La La toast no bacon and an egg sandwich and both were very goood! They also have GF strawberry muffins. Felt safe and for the price it was a decent portion

This place is great! Staff is very knowledgeable about Celiac and is careful to avoid cross contamination. They have Udi’s bread for sandwiches and make amazing GF muffins daily!

Food is tasty and fresh. My daughter forgot to order her toast gluten free... they remade it at no charge. Lines can be long...

So delicious. So friendly. Completely safe - food comes labeled for celiac/gluten preparation. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff complement the amazing food and very pretty setting.

Love this place - an oasis for a celiac like me. GF bread for breakfast or lunch sandwiches, GF muffins & banana bread, & a great vibe. Lots of coffee & drink options. Lines can be long but do move quick & worth the wait!

this place is great. They are not a dedicated gluten free cafe however they are extremely knowledgeable in regards to celiac disease and cross contamination. I told them I have celiac disease and they cleaned the grill before cooking my food and didn't place anything on a contaminated service. They changed gloves and prepared my food on a clean plate separate from everything else. You can watch them prepare your food since it is open behind the counter. would recommend 100% and made my vacation so much easier and eased my anxiety about where my next meal would come from.

Decent amount of options, always a couple gf baked items available, gf sandwiches and smoothie bowls w/ gf granola! The muffin i had was surprisingly moist and not dry like most other gluten free stuff

This is a lovely cafe located on dodge street near the blue dory in old harbor. Every morning they had a fabulous gf muffin option, also had various gf desserts (cookies, brownies, banana bread etc) throughout the day which changed daily. Quinoa and kale salads to go. Yum! Order at the counter place with lots of seating. Smoothies and coffees too.
