Review of Pete's Gluten Free

NOTE: it’s only a retail store on Saturdays from 10-2. The rest of the time it’s a wholesale operation and you can’t just walk in. There is no sign over the door, just an roadside sign on Saturday mornings when their doors are open to walk-ins. Get there early because it sells out FAST. I’ve tried the bread (dense and a little crumbly), cakes (super good), and pie (just ok, made with coconut so the crust has a strong coconut flavour). Really nice people.
