Awful! Drove 45 mins there (and back) only to realize the food was ALL wrong (had someone go over food there- to "ensure" everything in order was there- that person doesn't know what 'correct' is (their words, not mine). First- ALL of the food was cold (I know it was a 45 min drive back, but every other food places' food stays hot- in insulated cooler). The kids chicken fried rice was an adult's, divided in half (so all the veggies) and the chicken was breaded (mgr says that's how they do all kids food bc kids are picky), yet the 'normal' kids chicken fried rice looked like it always does. (So yes, it's gf, but they add breading mix, but it's under the ppm for gf) WHAT?! All because kids are "picky", but apparently not ALL. The manager tried to make sense of what happened, but was getting texts and kept changing up what happened. In the end she gave us a refund (good, because there was NO WAY I'm risking a reaction when clearly they don't know what they're doing). Happy Birthday to my husband 🙄😡 Would not EVER recc this pf changs for GF or otherwise.

Horrendous for people with allergies and intolerances. I ordered the Gluten Free chicken ginger with GF egg drop soup and got skin rashes. I couldn't believe it. Then I went to the website and checked their allergen menu and discovered they openly reveal that nearly ALL of their gluten free dishes contain multiple allergens such as soy, shellfish, etc. The only thing remotely safe was the brown rice. Would never recommend for celiacs.

I’ve been here about 5 times. 3 out of 5 times I have gotten sick. The 2 times I didn’t get sick were when I got a salad. Anything in their wok or that involves soy sauce have gotten me sick.

Katie is doing a great job of taking care of me at the bar. good management means great training. nice, happy staff!!

avoid the gf pot sticker sauce. it has white vinegar that would be illegal to call gf in all regulated countries except the USA.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.

Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website

My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity

But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
