Was pleased with the precautions and the taste of the food itself. The waiter mentioned that they had specific plates just for gluten free orders which was comforting. Also, good options for my vegan friend.

There weren’t a *ton* of options but between the service and taste, I was very happy.

*Note that I’m not celiac but rather have a history of gluten-triggered migraines; no migraine from this. They don’t tend to get triggered by small amounts of cross contamination though, so I can’t speak to that.

GF marked on menu. I have been going to this chain for years with no issues. However I feel their GF selections have been reduced. But still a good selection with dessert too.

i come here everytime it’s my birthday and i always have a great experience, i always get the gf lettuce wraps and gf fried rice, i have never had a reaction and i feel safe eating there since i have a severe disease of gluten

Talked with manager. Same protocol as any PF Changs. We ordered to go bc wait was too long. Got chicken and shrimp fried rice. Portions were huge. Celiac Didn’t get sick

They serve GF food on a different plate then regular. I didn’t feel that they took precautions and the waitress didn’t seem very concerned about GF request. Ordered both GF chicken fried rice and GF chicken pad Thai. Both were marked on the menu. Not much chicken in either. The most important part is felt sick after eating and still feeling sick.

Went on Thanksgiving for dinner. Staff seemed generally annoyed and borderline rude. Food was ok. Gluten free menu could use some more options.

Good experience in this restaurant tonight, waitress didn’t hesitate to bring me the gf menu, said my food would be served on a different dish. The beef and broccoli was good, a little sweet, not to salty and a touch of ginger, I just wish they had some sort of egg/spring roll

I've eaten here a number of times in the last couple of years. They've always been very careful with my food, and I've never had any problems. They serve gf food on dishes with a different pattern, so you know if it was prepared in the gf area of the kitchen. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone with celiac!

Went there twice, first time I ate Chang's lettuce wrap and Chang's chicken and was very nice without symptom with a very good service, second time I ate Chicken pad Thai and was sick 30 min later, service on second time was horrible.

I eat here all the time- at least once a month or more and never had any issues. I'm super sensitive to gluten but haven't had any issues ordering from their gluten free menu. The majority of the staff are knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure my allergy is taken seriously- even the bartender! Love this place!

This is my second time dining here and I have always had a great experience. The food is always delicious and I have never gotten sick. Not sure if the other reviews are just old or had a bad night, but it was great for me

It seemed as though my waiter was very knowledgeable about my Gluten allergy but I still got sick after eating here. I had the GF lettuce chicken rolls and the GF Mongolian beef. Beware!

We’ve been twice inside and ordered pick up a few times. I’ve always had a good experience. I specifically ask for GF and my food arrives with a GF sticker to show that they tracked my food. The GF menu helps and any food alterations needed are always done without issue. Nice addition to our community.

They do a wonderful job with all GF food coming out on different color plates. Had zero issues and shared 3 different plates. Great option while I was traveling.

Several options were marked as able to be made gluten free. I got GF pad thai and it was very similar to regular as far as taste. Waitress was very knowledgeable, and confirmed my food was GF when handing me the plate. Also pointed out there are special plates for GF dishes.
