Review of P.F. Chang's

I decided to try PF Changs after seeing multiple people with celiac report having a safe experience.

First let me say, before I try a new place I make sure I am completely symptom free. I did test my food with a nima sensor. Nima sensors can detect to 20ppm with 96% accuracy.

Nima sensor detected no gluten above 20ppm in my food. With that said, I’m a sensitive celiac.

For me, PF Changs didn’t work. So definitely order from the GF menu with caution. If you are extremely sensitive like myself, I would avoid PF Changs.

I also do not think I will be trusting Nima sensor as much anymore. This experience has me questioning its accuracy in detecting gluten.

While the food it’s self tasted fine, by my standards it is not celiac safe. Eat at your own risk.
