Review of P.F. Chang's

Incredible beef fried rice dish! Egg drop soup, beef fried rice, and chocolate cake. I’ve missed Asian food since being diagnosed, and this was an awesome experience. Most Asian places are off-limits because of all this so I sauce, but PF Chang’s uses tamari. Great place and a great night.

I am still on the hunt for more traditional and authentic Asian places that can handle the gluten-free, but this was definitely an excellent meal!
