I have eaten for 10 years, recently I was give a meal that was “gluten free”, but was severely glutened two times after eating out. I was never contaminated before but recently I have been.

I was in a pinch and ordered takeout from PF Changs for dinner. Egg drop soup and ginger chicken with broccoli. I’d skip the soup. Didn’t get sick, but it’s a salt bomb and a quarter. The ginger chicken was fine. Didn’t get sick. Standard PF Changs food. I should have tried the lettuce wraps instead. Their online ordering for GF is easy. They list the separate menu online. The entry to the PF Changs parking lot is a little tricky. Miss it and you’re doing a big loop de loop.

This is the second time I've been to P.F Chang's since being on a gluten free diet. The waitress knew about the gluten free options and my meal came on a different colored plate. It was a great meal and will be back again!

Had a great experience here. The waiter seemed very aware of how to deal with allergies. My daughter ordered GF fried rice. Then I ordered something that was not GF, and he made sure I knew it was not GF when I ordered. Hers arrived on a different color plate, and they provided GF soy sauce. She loved her meal and did not get sick.

Always get gf fried rice and never once got contaminated. But the gf rice js more than the non gf one..
Yes
DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE CELIAC. I ate the “GF” fried rice and spicy chicken, started to feel nauseas by the 3rd bite. By the end of dinner I was in the parking lot throwing up the expensive meal. Tasted good, not worth it if you have celiac.
No
One of my favorite places to eat. You will always know it's gluten free because it is served on special designated plates.

They are very knowledgeable if Celiacs and allergies. I go here often and never had an issue. The whole chain follows a allergen protocol to prevent cross contamination and use different utensils and plates

just left not happy with resturant. The waitress took our food and then threw it all away. Didn't ask if we wanted it.
I've eaten here many times and have not gotten sick.
Lots of choices for gluten free eating. Also makes life easy for those off of dairy too - not a lot of dairy in chinese cuisine. Make sure the sauce they bring you tableside is in a red ramekin as that is the gluten free one.
I'm glad I finally tried this place. P.F. Chang's really sets the standard among major restaurant chains when it comes to GF food. There are many options to try, and they even go so far as to serve GF food on differently-colored plates compared to the "normal" food to avoid confusion.

Delicious chain option! Knowledgeable staff.

Grabbed takeout to go since we did not feel like heading out to dinner that night. Singapore noodles which tasted different. No gluten in the meal but would not recommend.

Good options for gluten intolerance and staff really helpful and friendly. I had the lettuce wraps which were ok but tried the Mongolian beef and that was gorgeous so highly recommend that
