AMAZING food. This is one of the few places I never worry about getting sick over. I absolutely love them and they take so many precautions. I definitely recommend!

Gluten-friendly and knowledgeable staff. Limited menu, though.

Absolutely love the gluten-free options and can be assured that there is no cross-contamination whatsoever with gluten
I’ve eaten here 4 times in the past year and have had good experiences each time with knowledgeable servers. I am a sensitive celiac so I worry about cross contamination, especially at chain restaurants, but after ordering from their separate gf menu, which is somewhat limited since I can’t eat spicy foods, I’ve never been sick. The food is served on separately styled plates so it’s easy to see which ones are gf when eating “family style” and sharing dishes. I’m not sure how safe their hot tea is but I didn’t order it after being told that they weren’t sure if the tea was gf ( many teas at restaurants serving Asian food apparently have added barley.) All in all I’ve had very good experiences here, have ordered several dishes, found knowledgeable staff and would highly recommend this restaurant.
Yes
The absolute best restaurant for someone with Celiac. I eat here at least once a week.
I was looking for that crunchy sesame chicken basic Chinese chicken gluten free everywhere. Even tried to make it :( didn't work. They have it at PF Changs though! And I didn't have to worry about fishy service. Many gf Options and they will ask you if it is an allergy. Also yum that chocolate gf cake :))
Gone here once a week for over a year, never gotten sick. PF Changs corporate has done a good job rolling out reliable GF food.
great options!

Great gf menu.. When you get takeout they mark your order gluten free with a sticker
my go to location for Chinese. GF menu is great, knowledgeable staff. I have a very sensitive allergy and have eaten here many times with no issues.
We’re so sad! We love PF Changs. My mans noddles had PASTA in them. Although the box had stickers saying it was gluten free it was not. $40 spent on a nice meal for nothing. I would not recommend this Changs if you’re GF Celiac

They are very aware of cross contamination and what contains gluten. Not a lot of options but very good awareness.

Went on a busy night, had the gluten free chicken pad Thai with no tofu and gluten free Singapore street noodles. The server was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options and GFO is marked on the menu. At least 7 options which is more than most chains. The food was excellent, very flavourful and had no reaction whatsoever.

Ordered the spicy chicken with a side of fried rice and everything came out marked gluten free. Before I even got the check, I could already feel myself getting sicker by the second. This was likely a case of carelessness and seems to be a trend at this location based on other reviews. Would avoid this location if you are sensitive to cross contamination.
