Dinner was excellent, it’s been 2 days and I’m feeling great.
Incredible. They said their GF options are prepared in a separate part of the kitchen and are served on buffet color plates than the menu items containing gluten. We were able to order a nice variety of GF entrees to serve six with no trouble. Good if not exciting food.

Yes, they have excellent food. We eat here all the time. Awesome gluten free menu. They take is very seriously. I've never gotten sick. I love this place!

Ordered the gluten free chicken fried rice on GrubHub and didn't have any issues. The order came with extra gluten free soy sauce packets and was labeled gluten free on the packaging. Didn't speak to anyone at the restaurant so not sure what precautions they take, but it was so nice to be able to have some gf Chinese food.
Had the gf lettuce wraps. I definitely had a reaction from them.
They have an extensive gf menu and the servers have always been top notch and caring about celiac needs. I’ve never experience any glutening from here and the food is delicious! Would highly recommend.
Disappointed they stopped carrying the gluten free flourless chocolate dome. When I asked what their gluten free dessert options were they said they could do ice cream. The rest of the food was good.

PF Changs is my go to Chinese place. Never have gotten sick here! Favorites include: egg drop soup, lettuce wraps, changs spicy chicken, Mongolian beef, broccoli beef, and the chocolate some for dessert! The beef is always so perfectly soft. Chocolate dome is such a perfect end to the meal!
I travel a lot, and get tired of quizing the staff on Gluten Free procedures, training them how to do it right, and still getting sabotaged. PF Chang's is a refuge in the storm, The staff are always well trained, knowledgeable, and caring, the have a separate area in the kitchen, use plates with a different pattern so the wait staff won't mix them up, and have a great selection of gluten free items. PF Chang's is always a safe harbor in the storm of eating on the road. My only complaint is that they don't have Gluten Free Fortune Cookies, yet. They took my suggestion.
They have so many gluten free options! Always a treat to eat here.

Haven’t had fried Chinese food since I was diagnosed, and the Spicy Chicken was great! I was pleasantly surprised by their knowledge and procedures.
I have eaten here 4 times in the last 3 months and have not been glutened! They have been very accommodating each time. I like that the GF food comes out on a red plate.
Although they now have a breakfast menu, there are no indications of which items are GF. Not sure why they do this for lunch/dinner options but not for breakfast.
Server, Kristen, was very knowledgeable regarding gluten free menu options and was very diligent with making sure that my meal was safe. Food was served on different china than the dishes used for gluten containing meals. Had a very good meal; food was served in a timely manner. Will definitely eat here again.
GF items clearly marked and served on specially marked dishes. Eaten here several times over last few years, partner with Celiac has never gotten ill.
