Review of P.F. Chang's

Be warned that they changed the recipe on the Pad Thai. I got a noodle dish with meat, screambled egg and sauce with RAW & COLD carrots, green onions and bean sprouts on top. (I requested no peanuts). I called to complain bc bit looked like someone was lazy and only cooked half the meal The manager told me it was the new recipe and presentation... I won't be ordering that again. Previousal Review I have never gotten sick. I like that they use separate plates for gf, so you can verify they brought you a gf meal. Just ask and verify if it doesn't come on the special plate and verify the sauces when they come to the table.
