We have eaten at different PF Changs locations several times over the years without issue. We recently went and ordered the gluten free Mongolian beef with brown rice. We advised the waiter that we had an allergy. He assured us that it would come out on the separate allergy plate.
I didn’t notice until after eating that there was a noodle in the bottom of my dish. Very disappointed. Please be careful if you choose to eat here.

Daughter has celiac disease. Called in advance and spoke with Manager. Advised severe gluten allergy. Manager assured us that all precautions would be taken. Clean utensils no cross contamination. Advised server. Eight hours later, very sick. She was glutened. Be wary

PF Changs has been amazing for our celiac family. They have a dedicated gluten section in their kitchens & a separate gluten free menu. The Changs Spicy Chicken, Mongolia Beef, lettuce wraps & Chicken fried rice are some of our favorite dishes to eat safely there. They have gluten free soy sauce that they bring out to you...do not use the soy sauce in the bottles on their tables. UTD ~ July 2021 ~ PF Chang's is still a safe and delicious restaurant for us celiacs to dine at. TY 💞😷🙏

I’ve eaten here several times and have been totally okay. They seem to have good practices in place.

I looooove the Mongolian beef and am so happy they make it gf. One of the bigger gf menus in the area. Consistently satisfied, good solid staff, no complaints (except on the weekends you have to pay the much higher dinner prices during the lunch hour, which is a bit more drastic of a price hike than most places). Even the fried rice can be gf!
We always order to-go and they always do a really good job. I’ve eaten the fried rice and the beef with broccoli a ton. I also order the egg drop soup. They also do a kids fried rice!

I had lunch there yesterday and I tried two different gluten free entrees. Both of them were very good and I did not have any problems.

One of my absolutely favorite restaurants. Large gluten free menu and the staff is very knowledgeable, I have never had a reaction when eating here.

Eat here at least once a week. Always have good service and good food.
Awesome! One of the best places to eat GF. The waitstaff is very knowledgable, and the food is great.
We eat here all the time. Never had any issues. Lots of gf menu items to choose from too. Great place.
Good selection of main courses. They have added a second gluten free dessert in a small size. They will even mix gluten free sauces at the table.
This is a go to for GF takeout. Separate GF menu, food is well-labeled. I typically order the GF Chang’s chicken with GF fried rice (and then add steamed broccoli when I get home)—and get ~3 meals out of it. I ordered the GF chicken Pad Thai recently and it was underwhelming.

I asked our server on two separate occasions about how they prepare the food and they both told us they prepare the gluten free dishes in a separate area of the kitchen. They have gluten free soy sauce packets as well if you ask. I come here regularly and the food is good (however I am also asymptomatic)
