This place is great. I eat here all the time (usually takeout). Their takeout menu is the best, they have a separate section for gluten free orders and have a ton of substitute options! My food comes labeled, which is really helpful since my boyfriend is usually not ordering gluten free. Highly recommend

I’ve never had a problem here! A moderately sized GF menu and GF food comes out with a special plate if dining in and with a big orange sticker if taking out. They’re also doing take-out during COVID-19, so it’s a nice option to have.
Tasty! My go-to is always Chang’s spicy chicken.

There ARE gluten free options for celiac and gluten sensitive but their food has changed drastically over time. They try to fool you with atmosphere and the "fancy" custom sauce but their food is seriously lacking. It tastes like it appeals to people who don't want to actually eat Asian inspired dishes but bland slop par for the course considering the stereotypical American fare. The Pad Thai is a joke. Buddha's Feast is absolutely depressing. My SO got the hot and sour soup and hated it. Way too expensive for the quality and quantity of food you get. This is not a complaint about the cooks themselves but the recipes, which are not decided by the location's staff but the company itself. It's a damn shame.
A relaxing and tasty meal!
They have a separate gf menu with a good selection, including an appetizer, a soup, sides, and a nice variety of entree options. Make sure if you have a gluten sensitivity that you let your server know, and that you order specifically off the gf menu. Our server was very nice about going back to the kitchen to answer any questions I had. They have separate pans and utensils for preparing gf food, as well as gf sauces.
I ordered the egg drop soup (theirs is naturally gf with no modifications), and the gf ginger chicken and broccoli with white rice. The egg drop soup was very hearty and savory. The ginger chicken and broccoli was my go-to before I got diagnosed, and I was happy to find that the gf version tasted pretty much identical! It came out on a plate that had a very prominent PF Chang's logo on it, which marks it as a gf meal (so make sure your entree comes out on one of these). Also tried their homemade ginger beer, which was a zesty surprise!
Other things to keep in mind, the soy sauce on the table isn't gf, but they can get you gf soy sauce if you ask for it.
Felt great afterwards, would definitely recommend!

Have a gluten free menu with a few options and gluten free soy sauce to go on the side. Also the edamame is not gluten free

So happy with our meal! This is our 2nd visit to a PF Chang’s! My son and husband have CD. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about cross contamination. The GF came on different plates! I would recommend this 100%!!
I had egg drop soup and chicken lettuce wraps, both gluten free. Both were delicious. They serve the gluten free entrees on special plates so everyone in the kitchen is (or should be at least) aware the entree is gluten free. There is a slight up-charge for gluten free but to me it's worth it. There was a happy hour special from 4-6 p.m. and the chicken lettuce wraps were $3.50 off.

Dedicated Gf lunch menu and sauces. Perfect!
Always had a good and safe experience here. Had a waitress who was very familiar with celiac and made sure my food was safe. When the wrong lettuce wraps came out she sent them back before even coming to our table. I really appreciated it.

I love P.F. Chang's BEFORE I went gluten-free and AFTER I became gluten-free. One of my friends and I went to P.F.Chang's this past weekend and my experience was wonderful. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease over a year ago which has made dining out challenging.
I was well taken care of by Salam (server), Christine (bartender) and the manager. When I spoke to Salam about my dining needs, she took it seriously and elevated it to the manager. The manager came and spoke with me and was very kind. I was able to order for the gluten-free menu and all the food was great. Additionally, I wanted to engage in the spirits and was able to do so. The bartender, Christine was knowledgeable about what drinks did or did not have gluten. She made two different drinks for me and they were great!!!!
I cannot say how happy I was about my dining experience. I did not get sick at all while I was there or 24 hours later. This is why they got 5 stars from me.
We were excited about the GF menu but wish the server would have known that the GF version if the Buddah's Feast was not like their regular version which is stir fried in a sauce with tofu. Instead I was served a plate of steamed vegetables. If the regular sauce is not GF, why not stir fry it in the lettuce wrap sauce (they were yummy) or the beef a la Sichuan sauce? Clearly I ordered the wrong thing. Lesson learned...ask questions when ordering off the GF menu.

Celiac friendly. Good experience.

Love this place. All the GF options taste just like the real ones, and I ask my friends/family to order the GF version of their meal so we can all share. The GF food is served on different looking plates as well, which makes me feel safe when I see it brought to the table!
the best gluten free chinese restaurant. Period.

I appreciate feeling safe at an Asian restaurant. Maybe more will follow their lead.
Delicious and safe as usual. I can only say good things about this location and theyve all been mentioned in the other reviews! Knowledgeable staff, large and delicious gf menu, not really any worry about cross contamination. Yum!
Lots of GF options here...rare among big restaurants. Accommodating staff and the food is top notch. Highly recommend.
I am so happy that they added some of the deleted menu items back. It makes the gf menu more complete. Good understanding of cross contamination & different plates for gf dishes. I also like that the gf menu is part of the regular menu so you aren't asking for a different menu or holding something different that everyone else in your party (and can see the prices).
I have to admit, this could be my most favorite dining experience since I've become gluten free. They offer shrimp and chicken proteins, in many of their entrees. they usually have gluten free beer. and the best part I almost always have leftovers
By far the MOST accomodating restaurant I've been to. 1. They have GF menu with various options. 2. If two people at the same table orders the same dish (GF and non-GF), they have plates especially designated for GF food so there's no mix-up from the kitchen to your table. GF plates has a black lined circle around the plate with "PF Chang" imprint on it. All other plates are bland white. 3. Best of all, they even offer GF dessert! A rich chocolate dome flourless cake. Make room for it!! 4. They have GF stickers that they put on take out containers for GF food that you take home. At most restaurants they offer GF dishes but when it's dessert time, they tell you "Sorry we dont have anything for you". Usually not a problem for me, but tell that to a kid (my son) is a different story.
always been more than helpful. good food at decent prices. and the gf selection and menu has come a long way!!
There spicy gf chicken is the best. ❤😋

Absolutely incredible food, my first taste of Chinese food in 6 years! Server understood well on needing gluten free & cross contamination, the plates are even colour coded to reflect allergens! My partner and his Nan had regular black plates and mine were white to show allergen! I've seen a lot of people complain about the pricing but I gotta say, it's well worth the money! The huge portion size and the flavour alone is outstanding, i wish we had a P.F. Chang's in the UK (Wales) as I'd be eating out here constantly! Also way more options for food than I expected, I chose the beef and broccoli and got fried rice as a side. I believe there were at least 6-7 others options for food mind. Cannot recommend enough!
