Gluten free items marked on menu. Tell the wait staff that you have a gluten "allergy" and they are good with making sure the food is prepared without cross contact. Decent selection for just gluten free, but I also need to be dairy free as well and therefore the selection is minimal. If you request it (like I did) they will bring you a print out of the foods available for gluten free and dairy free (individual or combined). It's great. Staff was accommodating and helpful. No reaction.

Ordered from the GF menu but got sick as a dog after that. This place is not safe for people with celiac!

Never had a problem at this Chang’s. I notice a lot of the reviews were from years ago. I’ve eaten here a half dozen times in 2021 and 2022. Tastes about like any Chang’s. They do have Celiac / gf protocols (plate is different, etc)… I would feel safe eating here.

Unfortunately, I got glutened here. I was assured it would be prepared in a separate wok and was safe. I dont recommend if you are celiac.

I try going here about once a year in hopes that they actually pay attention now. They have poisoned me once again. it's only this location too it seems. I've been to one in FL multiple times and I do just fine there.

GF menu is printed right on the standard menu. All GF items are served on plates with a circle, and they have a designated GF prep area.

We came here for my non-Celica husband's birthday and I'm a Celica. The GF menu is nice if you don't have a SHELLFISH allergy too. I got sick 30 minutes after we got home. I was super careful and made sure the staff know. We will not be going back.

Really clear section of the menu with gluten free choices. Great options, delicious.

Great gluten-free entrees and the Flourless Chocolate Dome is absolute heaven.

One of the very best gf menus ever!

They do a wonderful job with all GF food coming out on different color plates. Had zero issues and shared 3 different plates. Great option while I was traveling.

Several options were marked as able to be made gluten free. I got GF pad thai and it was very similar to regular as far as taste. Waitress was very knowledgeable, and confirmed my food was GF when handing me the plate. Also pointed out there are special plates for GF dishes.

Good place for gluten free options at Dolphin mall. The GF Chang’s spicy chicken was really good and tasted to me like orange chicken. The GF Chicken Pad Thai was not bad

I ordered gluten free Pad Thai which I’ve ordered many times before - it even came with “gluten free” the sticker. But this time it had tofu on it (which it usually doesn’t) and when I called they told me the one with tofu is NOT gluten free. I no longer feel safe at this restaurant and am so incredibly disappointed
