I had gluten free shrimp fried rice with no reaction!
Had marked items and plenty of options. Lettuce wraps and egg drop soup for apps, and entrees such as pad thai and beef and chicken plates. Felt safe and had no reaction.
Ordered the gluten free spicy chicken and rice. Told them I was celiac. I have never been this sick.

PF Changs was great as usual. My wife ordered a bowl for lunch on Sunday and she had no issues. Clearly, PF Changs has a great methodology that works to make sure their gluten free offerings are very safe for their guests. We are always confident eating at PF Changs and the Sandestin location was great!
I have eaten gluten free at many PF Changs locations. I have had great experiences at all of them. This one was no exception. My server was actually celiac as well and explained in detail how they use separate equipment and serve gluten free on gold rimmed dishes, which is different from regular dishes. Had no problems and it was delicious. I am celiac and very careful about cross contamination. Would recommend.
The wait staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. All GF food comes out on white plates. Had ginger chicken with broccoli bowl and Singapore street noodles. Both were made GF (with GF soy sauce) and we're amazing! No negative reactions. Great experience.
My experience was great. I called ahead, spoke to a manager and he explained their protocol for gluten free dining. When I arrived I followed his suggestion and had a great experience. He even came out to check on me which I appreciate. The food was amazing and I enjoyed every bite. I did not get sick.

Great food! Lots of variety for GF. Great atmosphere. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Never gotten sick here. The Chocolate soufflé is a must.
Manager came out to address our celiac concerns. Everything was delicious and didn’t get sick. Also had a new GF dessert which was delicious!
Ordered Mongolian beef, it was greasy (I know it is fried I’ve had it many times gf but it was pooled in oil) and there was no sauce and was cold.
Dedicated menu & wok for GF cooking. Ask for GF soy sauce.
Excellent restaurant for Celiac. They take good care of you. Gluten free meals come on round plates. Had chicken fried rice and Mongolian Beef... so good. Highly recommended
I have eaten here multiple times without issues. They serve GF dishes on different plates so it's easy to recognize. Our server has celiac disease so she was very knowledgeable.
Staff was great but food was not the quality I am used to from this chain. In fact, I couldn’t find meat in my chicken lettuce cups... there were specks of something resembling meat.
Ate here with 3 kids who are all celiac and they all got sick. Beware
They are very knowledgeable about allergies. It doesn’t matter if you say you were just there they go and get a manager every time. I am very sensitive and have eaten there millions of times and have never been sick. Love it.
No PF Chang's is truly gluten free and all should be avoided. Gluten Dude just did a spotlight on them and a new gadget that reads gluten levels and they didn't score well. We stopped texting it because we always get sick!

Had the GF Trio. Tender beef and juicy chicken and shrimp. Kids even have 2 GF choices. Great flavor. Knowledgable waiter

Good food. Ate there a good number of times in the last few months, but I did get sick recently from the food.
Food was great. GF menu was an entire section within the regular menu. Server and food runner made a point of indicating that everything they brought me was GF - even sauces. It all tasted great - right down to the GF chocolate dessert. And, I didn't get sick. Yay!

They have a gluten free menu and will bring out your food on a separate plate. They seem to take safety seriously and let you know they will try their best but can’t guarantee no cross contamination.
Delicious gf options. Gf soy sauce, Large variety. Items come out in different color plates. Highly recommend
Went for lunch on a Wednesday and I don’t know what happened between telling the server I was gluten intolerant to plating my meal, but I suffered a reaction before I even got home. Server highlighted the new menu, and explained how GF menu items are prepared using separate equipment. I felt confident and ordered the items labeled GF and still ended up with a bloated belly.
This was so perfect for a happy hour light meal. I had a lettuce wrap and a lotus pink Cosmo and it was $15!!! I had no issues! I am not celiac, but I am gluten sensitive.
We love to find a PF Chang’s when we travel. It is our one time to be able to have Chinese food. Delicious! We love to get the spicy chicken, fried rice and pad Thai.
