Impressed by their extensive gluten free menu and separate plating system, but this really was my favorite part! http://refreshingbytes.com/gluten-free-dining-pf-changs/
They have a good gluten free menu and are very particular on handling g-free food. They cook g-free foods in a separate special wok and the food has specially marked bowls and plates. Wife has celiac and hasn't had any troubles there.
They have a large gluten free menu and are very good at being celiac friendly when they are not busy. I get sick every time I go there and they are busy.
I received excellent service. I let the server know I couldn't have gluten, and ordered off the GF menu. The chef came out and asked if I had any other dietary concerns she should be aware of. Wonderful!
We eat here all of the time and have never been contaminated :-) they bring the gluten free dishes out on different plates so there are no mix ups. Make sure you ask for the gluten free soy sauce and other spices. They will bring you your own set.
Very middle of the road on all fronts and sometime bordering on poor service. It is an option but watch the staff most of whom appear under trained.
Decent choices on gf menu.
They have, thusfar, the biggest gf selection I have encountered in Wichita. Sure, they are a bit on the pricey side (about $50 after tip for two entrees and dessert), but the portions if you order noodles or fried rice are generous and will last two meals for my average appetite, so it felt like a reasonable value. They accidentally brought out the wrong order at first, so I got to try the lettuce wraps for free and quickly got my correct plate as well. The wraps are ok. My Singapore Street Noodles GF style were amazing. The service was perfect. The pretentious atmosphere was the only downside in my opinion. I felt confident in their knowledge of gluten free preparation. Will definitely have to splurge on a return trip again sometime. Update: my second trip went terribly. I was the only gluten free person in a party of eight. My lemon chicken was screwed up twice. I watched everyone eat without me and when it finally came out the steamed veggies were still pretty much raw. The chicken tasted great when I finally ate while everyone else was chatting over dessert. Management offered me a free gluten dessert to compensate. This makes me think some crews there do not kniw what gluten free or celiacs are. Dine with caution when you have plenty of time to wait.
I’ve dined here 3 times, prior to taking a flight. Every time the food has been excellent, with fast service, which is necessary prior to a flight. Never any cross contamination, which is welcome prior to boarding an airplane. A+ overall.
The best at gluten free. Separate menu, special plates for GF only, separate kitchen space. Super safe and really good
The staff was very kind a different server brought out our food and I’m 100% must have grabbed the wrong plate. I’m so sick currently! Update we tried it again tonight about a month or so later just to try it out. I’m so sick again, this P.F. Chang’s location is not safe!!
I love that I can rely on PF Changs in most locations! Their GF fried rice tastes like the regular stuff. I'm a big fan of ordering online for pickup. They let you customize your dishes, so I can omit bean sprouts from my chicken fried rice. When it's packaged it's marked with a bright orange GLUTEN FREE sticker, so I automatically know that they were aware of my allergy when prepping! I've ordered many times, never been sick!
Always dependable, always good food.
GF menu and they talk the talk, answer all the questions right, bring GF food out in different colored dishes, etc. But my Celiac hubby got very very sick from eating here. His reaction was more than a cross contamination reaction as well. Very disappointing.
Typically PF Chang’s is delicious and I’ve never gotten sick or worried about cross contamination. This location is horrible. The bar area smells like a frat house and the food was disgusting. One meal was tasteless but edible. The second meal was absolutely gross. It smelled bad and the chicken tasted like sewer rat. Gross gross gross.
Dedicated gluten free woks and menu !
Unfortunately tonight was the second time recently that I ate here off the gluten free menu and got sick. This time it was before my friend was even done eating her meal. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. It is too bad because the food tasted so good.
P.F. Chang’s has a separate gluten free menu. The staff asks if you have a gluten sensitivity (like me) or if you have celiac. They put pictures stickers on the food for the staff to recognize to be extremely careful. Food is always great. The only Asian food I’ll eat after my return from Japan.
Didn’t even get what I ordered and they didn’t even cook my broccoli so raw food . Will definitely find another place to eat .
For the first time ever I do believe we got glutened at Chang's. Either that or worse. My husband isn't gluten free but he orders it with me anyway and we both felt sick after eating here with stomach cramps and the rest of it. Maybe it's cuz we went between lunch and dinner when it was super slow but the waitress pretty much forgot we were there, offered no gluten free soy sauce or any of that. Zero attention to our table most of the time we were there despite being one of three tables in the whole place. Chang's in other cities have all been way better than this, just all around disappointing but the food tasted ok.
Ordered chicken pad Thai off the gluten free menu. Explained I was a celiac and “gluten allergy” as most restaurants understand allergies as opposed to an autoimmune disease... sick before I left the restaurant... if you’re a celiac stay away!
Excellent. Dedicated GF menu and area in kitchen for food prep. Be upfront about your food requirements and they are great.
Celiac safe. Food served on special plates so you know it's GF. Extensive GF menu selection including appetizers, soup, main course, and even dessert! Never been sick at any location. A go-to when travelling.
WARNING: I got VERY sick from take out here and only ordered gluten free. One of the boxes was missing a GF label so it must have been a mixed up order. The manager didn't seem to understand what celiac disease is which is concerning. When I said I got sick from contamination he asked, "sick in what way?" I haven't had an issue with other PF Changs but will be sure to avoid this location in the future.
The manager Jeff was very nice and helped make sure all went smooth. I️ can’t have corn or gluten, which means the food choices were limited but my food was good. The staff was great!
They are great! I never have a problem when eating here and it's delicious!
they have a dedicated gluten free menu, complete from appetiser to dessert. the chocolate dome dessert was fantastic! the staff are very knowledgeable and conscious about cross contamination and would not even recommend a dreyer's vanilla ice cream on the basis that it did not have a gluten free label.
