Review of P.F. Chang's

Exceptionally safe! I had my first restaurant meal here last week after going gluten free 5 weeks ago. The manager, Mara, went out of her way to explain their cross contamination avoidance methods and staff training, and she personally watched over my order. I am still eating on the mild side, so I ordered the GF Chicken and broccoli dish and a cup of egg drop soup. Food was fantastic and very large portions. Service was exceptional. A couple nights later I got GF takeout there (lettuce wraps, which are a meal in themselves) and Mara watched my order and the woman ringing me up had CD herself. This place is amazing. I will be back on my next trip!
