I was glad to see a PF Changs when we were downtown to meet with relatives. I knew they had a gluten free menu, & have enjoyed the chicken lettuce wrap appetizer there in the past. This time I had chicken with ginger & broccoli. Very good & enough for 2 meals, which I always appreciate! My husband ordered the GF Mongolian beef, tasty enough, but it came with long limp sections of green onion, which neither of us wanted to eat.

Very knowledgeable. Took extra care with my food. Brought out allergy list and told me what I could have. Did not get sick.

Food quality has seriously gone down. My last order here was disgusting. Disappointing...

I ordered for 6 people, mine was the only gluten-free order. I had lots of options on the menu to choose from. I ordered Chang’s spicy chicken (but chose to have it mild). When I picked it up (to-go due to Covid) my order was clearly labeled. I am extremely sensitive and did NOT get sick!

The items they offer have gone down significantly. The food is very overpriced and underwhelming. Our orders were messed up twice. It took 1/2 an hour to get gf sauces. Definitely not impressed.
Ate there tonight and had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. My waiter made sure that my menu was the gluten free one and that my food was gluten free. The food was very good and it was all delivered on plates that indicated I was gluten free. It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back.

Don't waste your money expensive and small portions.
I remember this place being so good not anymore.
I have eaten here successfully on several occasions, not so today. I made it one block after lunch and was immediately ill. I can never go there again. UNSAFE!

Very kind waiter. Knew about Celiac and insured I had a GF menu. My meal was brought on a separate style plate, so it could easily be identified as GF. They can't *guarantee* since they have a shared kitchen but they at least do their best. ❤

Enjoyed eating at P.F. Chang's in Spokane. I loved Chinese food and was sad to cut it out my life. P.F. Chang's satisfies my craving without making me sick.
Amazing food and amazing service! Blown away by our server's great attitude and understanding of gluten free.

I love the gluten free chicken wraps!!! Yum!! The staff is amazing and I love how they understand how serious it is that everything needs to be safe. I'll be going back again and again.
Amazing food. Very tasty.
Fantastic!! Separate area for g free, great selection, and delicious dessert!
PF Changs is in a league of its own regarding gluten free. They have a totally separate cooking area wonderfully trained staff and good options.
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
