Review of P.F. Chang's

Server and restaurant were excellent with celiac. They use a special wok for all GF meals. They use special plates to indicate the different meals. No problems with getting gluten by mistake.

However, a non GF meal was also sereved on a GF plate. Not all restaurant staff is aware.
