Ordered the spicy chicken with a side of fried rice and everything came out marked gluten free. Before I even got the check, I could already feel myself getting sicker by the second. This was likely a case of carelessness and seems to be a trend at this location based on other reviews. Would avoid this location if you are sensitive to cross contamination.

I ordered gluten free and thought that it would be fine as I only have intolerance and can sometimes get away with having a little gluten. However, I have been severely glutened and started not feeling well immediately after eating. The server said it was gluten free. But I won’t be coming back. Also there was no one dish that was completely gluten free just dishes that could be gluten free upon request.

Never had an issue and my food always comes clearly marked as GF. There are some clues that they might not 100% get it, like putting fortune cookies in an bag with only gluten free items, but on the positive side, they do put in gluten free soy sauce.

We’ve eaten at this restaurant three times - the first two were fine, this most recent time I was glutened. I should have known better as I have also been glutened by a PF Chang’s before in Colorado, but I figured it was a one-time thing. Based on the other reviews I don’t think I’ll be able to trust eating here again.

We went the other day for dinner. My gf got the lettuce wraps that she usually does and they made the correct dish, however, my gf got glutened because of cross-contamination. We no longer feel safe ordering from PF Chang’s and will not be back to frequent this chain. Our meals were comped, but still damage was done.

If you have Celiac, don't eat here. I worked at PF Chang's and saw food being prepared for GF people. The rice is kept in three buckets, one white, one brown, one fried. One spoon is used for all buckets, and when not in use, the spoon is put in a cup of water. The regular fried rice has soy sauce in it. If you get GF fried rice (or any rice), it's contaminated by the spoon. GF sauces are not kept separate from other sauces, and it's likely that soy sauce gets on the GF things. I've seen it happen. There are so many chances for contamination.

me and my kids are all celiac, and my teenage daughter is very sensitive. this is one of the few restaurants she likes to visit.

This location gets me sick every time, even when I ordered just the soup! Be careful!

They are very accommodating and can bend the GF menu here and there. I love Cantonese style food and chicken was the only option. I asked for shrimp and they did that for me. Yummy! They do serve GF food on a different plate from regular food so check for that. A friend was mistakenly given food with gluten. She noticed the plate right away and sent it back.

With my experience at PF Changs, I have been more than pleased! It's one of our favorite places to eat! They have a separate cooking area, plus there are certain plates that they put Gluten Free food on that will differentiate which is gluten and which isn't! Also, the wait staff is very knowledgeable about Gluten Free. A lot of times, they will ask you if you have "Celiac disease or Gluten Intolerance." Now, with all of that being said, This is a restaurant... if you have Celiac Disease, you are always risking getting sick if you eat out! But you have to live your life and enjoy yourself. :) I hope that everyone has a good experience here! We love it.

Update 11-2-14: Not sure what's going on at this location, but I've gotten sick after eating here the last few times. I've stopped going. No longer celiac safe, and I'm very disappointed as this used to be a favorite spot. Changing my rating.
Original review:
Love this place! So many gf options, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will automatically bring you gf soy sauce in place of the regular sauce they bring as soon as you mention gf. Also, they only put gf food on round plates to help keep from making mistakes! Wonderfu,l quality food and service.

A few days ago, after being diagnosed with celiac disease, I stopped by. I've liked this restaurant in the past, so thought I'd check out the GF menu based on the other recommendations. I liked the fact that the menu had a separate section for the GF items, although the descriptions were lacking on that portion of the menu. There were enough GF items that I found something I enjoyed. It was crowded (a Wednesday night), and we sat in the bar area. The dinner was good, as usual, and the service prompt enough. I also liked the fact that they have separately marked plates they use for the GF items, as it provides a level of comfort that there will be less CC or mistakes made.

Wonderful GF menu. Ashley, our server, was knowledgable and very helpful. Can't wait to go back!!!!!
Gluten free combo rice was great!
Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.

Menu clearly states gf options, and my dinner came out on a different color plate that designated it gf.
Food was tasty, I didn’t get sick, and it has definitely been a while since I have been able to get Chinese food due to my allergies.

I ordered delivery. Everything was clearly marked with allergy labels. I had the chicken fried rice and the chocolate soufflé. No reaction. Both were delicious.

Not safe for celiac. “Gluten free” labeled and very good food but got very sick. My gluten intolerant friend did not get sick.

They have items marked with “gluten free option available” on the menu and website
My Mongolian beef came out on a different colored plate than my friends food, I assumed that was to indicate an allergy/sensitivity
But got super sick on the way home— super disappointed as I used to go there a lot before I was diagnosed
