Came here with my kids last week and had a great experience. I am highly reactive and had no reaction. I ordered Chang’s spicy chicken and white rice. I also asked for gluten free soy sauce which came out in a ramekin. I was hoping for packets of sauce but the GF soy sauce tasted as salty as I remember so I gave it a shot. No reaction. My kids and I ate out 4 dinners in a row and this was their favorite by far.

We got 4 GF dishes last night and my Celiac son enjoyed them all with no problems. We eat at this location probably 6 times a year as it’s near home, and never any issues.

Great service, knowledgeable staff. Waiter explained that the plates with gold edges indicate gluten free items. That way the customer can tell if a different server brings the regular version of the dish to you by mistake.

Excellent options and food was excellent (as was the service). Husband is celiac and had no issues. We will definitely eat here again.

All cooked in a separate area with one gf chef. Ate here numerous times and never sick. My go to for when we have company in town or something to celebrate.

Great food. Never had a problem here
Yes
Lettuce wraps are awesome, and they are very good about keeping the GF menu full of options.

The only place I will eat at and feel safe . Never get sick. Referred by another Celiac.
Do not trust gluten free menu!!!!! Currently so sick from eating there
Still the best and safest gf restaurant around
Most helpful staff I have yet to encounter. Looked up our sensitivities/allergies using allergen software specific to their menu. Fabulous food. We really enjoyed ourselves instead of cautiously waiting for the bellyaches.
I had lemon chicken and combo fried rice. It was great!
We’re so sad! We love PF Changs. My mans noddles had PASTA in them. Although the box had stickers saying it was gluten free it was not. $40 spent on a nice meal for nothing. I would not recommend this Changs if you’re GF Celiac

They are very aware of cross contamination and what contains gluten. Not a lot of options but very good awareness.

Went on a busy night, had the gluten free chicken pad Thai with no tofu and gluten free Singapore street noodles. The server was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options and GFO is marked on the menu. At least 7 options which is more than most chains. The food was excellent, very flavourful and had no reaction whatsoever.

Ordered the spicy chicken with a side of fried rice and everything came out marked gluten free. Before I even got the check, I could already feel myself getting sicker by the second. This was likely a case of carelessness and seems to be a trend at this location based on other reviews. Would avoid this location if you are sensitive to cross contamination.
