I have had GF Chicken Pad Thai and Combo (Chicken & Shrimp) Pad Thai in the past with no issue but right now I’m sick! My combo pad Thai been contaminated with gluten today!

I ordered online and picked it up to go. I ordered from the designated gf menu and it was delicious. Had the Singapore noodles, pepper chicken, and gf fried rice. Everything that was gf came with a special gf label. Had a great experience!

Susie the manager came out and spoke to us about the protocols they take. She personally took our order and walked to the kitchen to speak with the chef. We ordered gf Chang’s spicy chicken, gf Mongolian beef and gf Singapore noodles. AMAZING!

I went to eat here about 2 weeks ago( kinda got busy couldn’t review right away) anyways ordered the lettuce wraps and the beef with broccoli. Told them gluten allergy on both. I was eating with my boyfriend who isn’t gluten free but eats it occasionally with me. Anyways our food was delivered and I started to eat, tasted delicious.

A manager came by and asked if I had started to eat my beef with broccoli, I said yes as I had food in my mouth. He immediately grabbed my Plate and ran to the kitchen. The waitress noticed this and ran to the kitchen. I did spit my food out and wait. I started to panic like oh crap I got glutened. I didn’t. Turns out the chef made it gluten free and the person put it on a black plate. Any allergy free dishes usually are plated on a white plate( I hadn’t been there for awhile and forgot about this). The manager had them make me fresh beef and broccoli and the waitress brought out fresh rice. Explained the whole situation and told Me to wave them down immediately if I got sick. I loved that they checked it and explained the situation to make sure I was safe. WILL BE BACK AND YOU SHOULD GO TOO!!! :)

Don’t eat here if you have celiac. The last two times I have eaten here I experienced cross contamination.

Amazing experience all around and especially for being GF. They take all necessary steps and precautions. They even cook your food in a separate area! Make sure to ask for their gf menu. Food and service are phenomenal

Amazing! Lots of options and delicious...couldn't even tell i was eating GF!

Their gluten free menu selection items are wonderful. A real treat for celiacs and gluten intolerant individuals.

This is my favorite restaurant both on the road and at home. They are reliably celiac friendly and the food is great, too.

UPDATE - I ordered takeout GF lettuce wraps and got glutened. I don’t know what had gluten but based on my reaction, something did.

They have a system in place so that every knows the dietary needs for that order. Staff is very educated and eager to take care of you. One of the top 2 most trusted estabishments on our list. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, the food is delicious!!

I get p.f. chang’s everyday i’m in bham! Gluten free menu and they use dedicated kitchen space when something is ordered gluten free. The most comforting thing to me is that all of their gluten free menu is automatically gluten free (even off the regular menu) so I don’t have to worry as much about someone grabbing the wrong sauce or something!
