Ordered shrimp fried rice and was assured it was made gluten free with precautions taken. I was so ill afterward with typical symptoms of having consumed gluten. This was the only meal from outside of our house, so there isn't another culprit. We will not eat there again.
Use to be really good, went there the other and found that most of the gluten free appetizers were gone. The one they can make the lettuce wraps you can't order without water chestnuts. The kitchen refuses to accommodate this request absolutely the manager "Simon" is unable to control his kitchen staff. Won't be giving them my business any longer.
Been ordering the gluten free lettuce wraps without water chestnuts for years. The kitchen absolutely refused to make them today and the manager said he has no control over the kitchen. What does a manager do?

I miss getting Chinese takeout So Much since I’ve had to stop eating gluten—but P.F. Chang’s hits the spot for me! Love the Chang’s spicy chicken, the Mongolian beef, and the chicken lettuce wraps! I have eaten here in the restaurant and gotten takeout many times and I have never gotten sick from their food.
They label EVERYTHING that is gf with bright orange stickers when you get takeout and it’s super helpful! They also have packets of gf soy sauce available.
The staff are always knowledgeable about gluten and they treat it like it is no big deal to accommodate you, which is refreshing honestly.
Truly one of the safest and most satisfying dining in or takeout experiences I can have these days!
(And I get sick from even the teensiest amount of gluten imaginable, so most restaurants are largely not an option for me 😖)
Wonderful at accommodating celiac customers. Separate kitchen area completely gluten free.
I am celiac and have eaten here twice and did not get sick. Food was great and waiter was knowledgeable
Lots of options available. They use corn starch to “fry” gluten-free options. The street noodles are delicious!
My food was made completely separate from foods with gluten and served on a different plate than what they normally use, so I knew my food was gf. Tasted great!!
My girlfriend and I both have celiac and had this 2 nights ago. We both had Chang’s spicy chicken and were up during the night going to the bathroom. I’ve eaten here over the past few years since being diagnosed and haven’t been sick before. I’m not sure what was different this time but I’m disappointed.
Normally a go to for us but currently up with a 4 year old all night puking. This was our only meal outside of our GF house so I know this was the culprit.
Typically PF Chang’s is delicious and I’ve never gotten sick or worried about cross contamination. This location is horrible. The bar area smells like a frat house and the food was disgusting. One meal was tasteless but edible. The second meal was absolutely gross. It smelled bad and the chicken tasted like sewer rat. Gross gross gross.
The staff was knowledgeable about celiacs disease and the food was very good! I finally found a gluten free place where I can eat Chinese food.
The food was so good! We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps for an appetizer then I ordered the Chang's Spicy Chicken. Staff was knowledgable about gluten and they had different colored containers for the sauce to single them out as gluten free. Service wasn't the best but I'm going to chalk it up as a bad night.
Manager was great and helpful when I was ordering catering for a work event. Ordered completely off their gluten free menu. Discussed the need for chefs to take precautions on CC since myself and another have celiac. He assured me they definitely do. Everything was delicious and they also sent tons of gluten free soy sauce. Myself and my coworker did not get sick after eating!
Incredibly happy with my gluten free experience! The menu had many options, the plates were different than those that other food was being served on, and my server even came back to check on which gluten free beer I had asked for!

Just had my most enjoyable restaurant experience in the three years it has been since I was diagnosed. This place was a healthy 45 minute drive for us and we will most definitely be returning. Food was terrific, staff completely knowledgeable - I felt safe for the first time!
GF menu part of regular menu. GF dish should come on a PF Chang's logo plate. Mine did not, so I questioned our server and turned out they accidentally made m the regular version. They quickly corrected the mistake and comped the entire bill for my party of two. Great food and fantastic service despite the well-handled mistake. I'll be back...many times.
Really yummy. Huge gluten free menu with lots of choices. Great chocolate cake.
Very nice place to eat. got engaged here to my husband. Delightful atmosphere. Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten. Ate here several times and my stomach stayed happy
fantastic gf menu. lettuce wraps are by far my favorite. great service. gf flourless chocolate dome dessert is delicious - be sure to save room!!

Nice dedicated menu. Once the staff is aware that you are GF, they bring out GF soy sauce. Food is great!
great food, no gluten issues there. be careful where they seat you, we sat near the kitchen entrance and ended up getting glutened from being so close. ask the hostess to seat you well away from there!
Dedicated GF menu and the whole menu is MSG-free. A bit pricy but I have never had a gluten issue there.

Many amazing-looking items were marked GF on the menu, and the food was delicious. When we were ordering, we were very very clear that we needed everything to be celiac level GF. Our waiter seemed knowledgeable & reassured us that utmost care would be taken. But some or all of our food wasn’t GF.

Their on-line menu has a GF section. The GF vegetable pad Thai and GF fried rice that I ordered for pickup came with a big red sticker that said gluten-free. I also ordered a small garden salad that was not in the GF part of the menu. The person who took my order said the salad would only be included if it could be made GF. It also came with a GF label. The food was very good.
Have eaten here 3 times on our visit. Our server was quick to outline what was gf and all gf items come out from kitchen on a special GF coloured plate so servers know which plate is GF. Not a huge selection, however some of our favourites, fried rice, beef with broccoli, pad Thai, Singapore noddles, chicken lettuce cups! Service was great and a beautiful restaurant. Was able to reserve a table online quite easily.
Arrived with a party of 6, 2 celiac and 2 vegan. Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating and stated they had a protocol to keep foods separate to avoid CC.
Oh my! Why did it take so long for me to find this place! Love the chicken and broccoli and the fried rice.
