Went for lunch on a Wednesday and I don’t know what happened between telling the server I was gluten intolerant to plating my meal, but I suffered a reaction before I even got home. Server highlighted the new menu, and explained how GF menu items are prepared using separate equipment. I felt confident and ordered the items labeled GF and still ended up with a bloated belly.
Got the Chang’s spicy chicken and beef fried rice. Everything was delicious as usual. We’ve been to this location twice and haven’t had an issue with the gf menu.
It was great. Had the Lettuce Wraps and beef with broccoli.

I eat there once a week and have for a couple of yrs now. I eat in the bar and Jim the bartender Is really good about checking the food. I have never gotten sick. The staff all know me by name and I them. If you go eat at the bar it’s never crowded. Food is always cooked well and they have a separate gf menu.
Love the gluten free spicy chicken. Have never had any reactions to it. They have a separate kitchen for gluten free items to assure no cross contamination.
Staff was knowledgeable. There is a separate gluten free menu if you ask for it. I love that all gluten free dishes are serve on plates that are different from all others so that you and the staff know from one look that it’s gluten free. I go here all the time and I have never had an issue.
Gluten free menu is outrageously over priced. 20 dollars for one dish when I can fix a gluten free meal for 6 people for 20 dollars.
I do not recommend this restaurant for gluten free foods.
Food was great, didn't get sick. I ordered the lettuce wraps and pork fried rice off the gluten free menu. My plate was different than everyone else's so everyone knew. Service was just OK, but worth it to feel safe. I'd eat here again.
Great GF options! The first thing our server asked us is if we had any allergies they should be aware of. We will definitely be going back.
Food is excellent. They go over what to look for( i.e. red ramikens, logo plates) to make sure you are getting gluten free. Wait staff is amazing! Loved the lettuce wraps. There are several choices on the gluten free menu.
Use different plates for gf dishes so I always know it is safe! Great tasting food!
Had the change for two and everything was great and i felt great!! Mongolian Beef and lettuce wraps were amazing. Make sure its on the right plate before you eat it!
Wide selection of GF for takeout. My Mongolian Beef was even tastier than the regular menu version. The takeout was 20 minutes late though and an email to the manager was never answered.
It's my birthday. My husband wanted to take me out. We researched and he called the manager before making reservations...and we went to PF Changs. I ordered the shrimp in lobster sauce....the waitress is super attentive and sweet. I'm approximately three bites away from finishing my plate when the head chef and the waitress come out and tell me the new cook used the water to wash the regular noodles in the sauce to make my dish. Our entire meal was free, they profusely apologized, the waitress cried, the manager gave me a free gluten free dessert to take home, and gave me her card to tell me they were reporting the incident and to call if I got sick.
30 minutes later and I'm incapacitated with stomach cramps and anxiety. I look like I'm 9 months pregnant even though I'm a size 6. I am I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN. I took my glutenade before eating and my digestive enzymes immediately afterwards to no avail. I did everything I was supposed to do and someone's carelessness is destroying my health.
THEY NEED TO LEARN THIS IS NOT AN ALLERGY!!! This is an autoimmune disease!!
Most importantly: yummy food. Additionally, the GF options are so integrated and staff so well trained, you don't feel like you need to explain your needs. They just get it! Separate prep area in back for those with Celiac and who need 100% GF.
one of my daughters favorites. gf menu options are very clear and they have always accommodated our special requests.
Very impressed! The server asked if we had any food allergies as soon as we sat down and brought out GF soy sauce and potsticker sauce for us. Delicious GF options! Can't wait to go back!
The waiter asked for any food allergies right off the bat!!! Very wide variety! I've been gf for a month and I was extremely pleased! They also prevent cross contamination! :)
Very understanding. I have eaten there several times with no problems. My favorite place to eat. Plus adding 7 or 8 new things to the menu this summer.

Celiac and I’ve eaten here several times with no issues. They mark the order for allergy and make everything in a separate space to avoid CC. Love it! Just not many options.
Maple Grove MN location has been RELIABLE for years. they get my gluten-free order right Every Time! the GF meal for 2 will actually feed 3 or 4 of us. never gotten sick from them
They have a gluten free menu and will bring out your food on a separate plate. They seem to take safety seriously and let you know they will try their best but can’t guarantee no cross contamination.
Delicious gf options. Gf soy sauce, Large variety. Items come out in different color plates. Highly recommend
This was so perfect for a happy hour light meal. I had a lettuce wrap and a lotus pink Cosmo and it was $15!!! I had no issues! I am not celiac, but I am gluten sensitive.
