Review of Philip Marie

I went there for dinner a few nights ago and I placed my order with someone who appeared to be the manager. I specified I had a gluten allergy and asked him to check and see if I could do the pulled pork with potato fritters. He said that he was going to check with the kitchen. He went into the kitchen and never came back to check in with me. We saw him around the restaurant after that so I asked my waiter again about the meal. He came back and said I couldn't do the fritters and asked me for a replacement side dish. My food came out 5 minutes later and was fine but I wonder if they just would have served me the fritters and never have even told me.
