I have it on good authority that the general manager (owner/operator) himself is Celiac!
Delicious and almost completely gluten free. No buns, no onion rings, no moon pies. otherwise, go to town.
Not a lot of cross contamination opportunities in my opinion. Fries have a dedicated fryer, and sauce is gf. I've never gotten sick here, and been many times. If you want to question the staff, it's better to sit in the bar. They have more time and patience in the bar than the cashiers at the front.
Staff was very kind and patient and understood concerns of cross contamination. My daughter, who has celiac, ate here without any problems twice this week. It was really good. We are visiting from Fl and will miss getting to eat here.
This place has AWESOME BBQ!!!!! Almost everything is naturally GF! (Only buns and onion rings are NOT GF) oh, and Angry Orchard Cider on Tap!
