Symptomatic Celiac

I was pleasantly surprised at the available options! I had the ribs and coleslaw. The ribs were super delicious, but the coleslaw tasted a bit fermented, and it gave me pretty bad gas. Will definitely go back, but only get the ribs.

Gluten Sensitive

Phils BBQ has great food! All meat and most sides are GF, including dedicated fryer for fries! So aside from avoiding obvious bread items you're good. Not sure about beer, probably not but they have alternatives. In general they are aware and conscious of GF and could answer questions.
