I’ve eaten here before last year and was fine, this time definitely got contaminated and sick for 3 days.

Visiting the area and looking for good GF. Their Pho and spring rolls were amazing! No GF menu but most of their offerings are GF. All Pho is and they modified to make the spring rolls GF by switching out the peanut dipping sauce for sweet chili. Amazing!

Whenever we visit the Vail Valley, we always stop at Pho 20 for Take Out. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The service is quick and friendly. We especially like the Spring Rolls. As a Celiac, I have not gotten sick here. Nice to have a healthy, GF fast food option in Avon!

Quite knowledgeable about GF. All phò is GF & great flavor. Rare brisket was high quality. Homemade fish sauce. Limes were a bit old though. But 6 of us are for $70 & that included pho for all plus 4 spring rolls (request fish sauce not peanut) & 2 egg rolls (not gf). We had a LOT left over.

This is a Vietnamese restaurant that is basically gluten free food. Good service and consistently excellent fresh foods. The menu is gluten free. I would ask to make sure the soy sauce and other sauces are gf, but otherwise, is gluten free. The price is very reasonable for Vail Valley.
