Review of Pho 7 Spice

It is with much sadness that I say there must be some cross contamination at Pho 7 in Mechanicsburg, PA.

I have eaten there about a dozen times and had suspected it from the first time but my symptoms were mild and I blamed it on something else (and I was in denial because it is so good).

It wan’t till I ate there back to back on a Sat and Mon when I could confirm what I was afraid to admit.

This time I had more severe symptoms and the ultimate confirmation that I had been glutenned - the dreaded DH rash.

Because there are a few gluten items on the menu, it must be cross contamination of the broth or some other handling issue. Please note: I am extremely gluten sensitive being celiac. Others may not be effected and of them I am very envious. The people and the service have always been great.
