Super tasty! As an FYI the tofu is fried with the egg rolls but the will substitute steamed tofu - they remade my pho with no charge and it was just as fast. Very tasty and felt safe!

We stopped by the Pho Bay II restaurant in Siverthorne, Colorado after walking the outlet mall. The food and service was fabulous! We are a gluten free, soy free and corn free food family. Pho Bay II catered to our dietary needs and provided us with delicious food with fast and friendly service. The Spring Rolls are the best! We highly recommend Pho Bay II in Silverthorne!
