They use base that has MDG so absolutely not gluten-free. They said they were gluten free and then I asked about “no MSG” and she said the broth has “no added MsG” and so I clarified that the chicken stock they use has MsG already.

BEST PHO I’VE EVER HAD!!!!!!!! I had the round eye steak pho! Stop everything your doing and just go straight there! They were knowledgeable about gluten free and allergies.
