Very good pho. Very tasty. I asked the cashier (owner maybe?) if the pho was gluten free and she said it was; they use rice noodles as usually for pho. Eaten here twice and not got sick. They don’t have a GF menu or anything marked so all I’ll say is the pho is safe but nothing else. There are two condiments on the tables and one looks and smells soy saucey and the other I haven’t had a chance to ask about. Not marking it as celiac safe as they don’t have the GF menu but like I said I haven’t gotten sick and I didn’t ask them to make any accommodations, just ordered straight from the menu.
