Pho Dan

While pho is usually safe, here they tell you they have “no way of knowing” if theirs is. They apparently even get the question a lot, but don’t really know how to guarantee that it is gluten-free. So it’s up to you to take the risk, but it isn’t worth it if it’s as serious to you as it is to me.
